The cost of the service is essentially modular in design. You can choose for us to do or provide any of the services or products we have or use. We can research your requirements for you, provide a feasibility study or both, we can kick a project off to get you going or run from start to finish. We could even take over a project nearing completion because some of the stakeholders or prior management have left or been removed, for whatever reason. We can provide, train and license project management software for you or just point you in the right direct. KPM is run by myself and I am a Member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM) as is my business partner, I am also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr FCMI), and also a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD). I and my colleague both hold PRINCE2, I also hold IPMA Level D and am a Tech member of IOSH, hold an NVQ 3 in Occupational Health & Safety and IOSH Managing Safely qualifications.
